UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. A. Access to Premises 1. Duly authorized Union Officials, whose names and identifications have been previously sent to the Township, shall be admitted to the premises of the Township for Union business. Requests for such visits shall be by mutual consent and with a minimum of one week advance notice made to the Township and shall include the purpose of the visit, proposed time and date and specific work areas involved. Permission for such visits shall not be unreasonably withheld. 2. Duly authorized Union Officials and representatives shall have the right to consult with employees in the Unit before the work shift starts, during lunch or breaks, or after the work shift. The Township shall designate appropriate facilities for such meetings. B. A maximum of three members of the Union may comprise the negotiating team and shall be allowed to attend negotiation sessions, without loss of pay, when such sessions are scheduled during regular working hours. UNION RIGHTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. A. Access to Premises
Section 1. Duly authorized Union OfficialsEmployees shall use the Office and Professional Employees International Union, whose names and identifications have been previously sent to Local 459, AFL-CIO union label on all work done by them. Each label shall include the Township, employee's initials. Example: ab/opeiu459aflcio.
Section 2. A bulletin board shall be admitted provided by the Employer in a room available to all employees which shall be used by the Union for the purpose of posting notice of Union meetings, Union literature, and Union social and educational events. The Union bulletin board material shall not be posted anywhere else in or on the premises of the Township for Union businessAgency.
Section 3. Requests for such visits A list of Board of Director members, their addresses, and their committee assignments shall be furnished to the Union within ten (10) working days following the meeting at which they are made. In case of changes throughout the year, the Union shall be notified of these changes.
Section 4. Stewards, their alternates and other bargaining unit employees shall not handle grievances or other Union business during work hours with the following exceptions: (1) investigating alleged or actual grievances but the total time spent by mutual consent stewards and their alternates shall not exceed one (1) hour per grievance; (2) participating in actual grievance proceedings (i.e., meetings with supervisors or arbitration hearings) pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of Article 7.
Section 5. The Union shall name one (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and two (2) alternate stewards to represent Bargaining unit employees at the main facility of Child and Family Charities. In addition one (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and two (2) alternates shall be named to represent bargaining unit employees at Angel House and one (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and two (2) alternates to represent bargaining unit employees at any other Child and Family Charities operating during the life of this agreement. Their names shall be filed with the Employer. As changes are made in designations, the Union shall supply the Employer with said changes in writing. Employer will recognize any Union member as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/Alternate upon written verification from Local 459 Service Representative.
Section 6. For the purpose of negotiating any modification to this Agreement at the end of the term of this Agreement (or any re-openers), the Employer agrees to recognize a bargaining committee composed of four (4) employees from the Child and Family Charities main facility and two (2) from Angel House and a minimum of one week advance notice made to (1) from any other division developed during the Township and shall include the purpose life of the visit, proposed time and date and specific work areas involvedthis agreement. Permission for such visits shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Upon entering the work location, such representatives after identifying themselves to the Township, shall be admitted to EPSCA Representative and the premises authorized representative of the Township for Union business. F. Provided he is qualified to do the work, a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is working on a station or tower site where overtime is being worked shall be given the first opportunity to work on that overtime work. Provided he is qualified to do the work, a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is working in a work group where overtime is being worked on Saturdays, Sundays or Recognized Holidays shall be given the first opportunity to work.
G. The Township Where appropriate and where more than one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is required, one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide time off, with pay, to designated Union officials to investigate grievances and to represent members in all disciplinary or grievance mattersbe appointed Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
H. The Township Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, providing he is qualified to perform the work, shall provide time off, with pay, to designated Union officials and officers not have his employment terminated or be transferred without the consent of the UnionAccredited Union Representative until as near as possible to the completion of the job, unless with just cause. Where an Employer has only one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointed for a job, such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will receive the same consideration given a Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as recommended noted above.
I. The Employer shall notify the Union prior to transferring a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to another Superintendent. 502 Certified Health & Safety Representatives
A. Any worker acting as the designated certified Health & Safety Representative or certified alternate as defined by the President Occupational Health & Safety Act shall be treated the same as Chief Stewards for purposes of lay-off. Providing he is qualified to perform the Unionremaining work, the designated certified Health & Safety representative or certified alternate shall be the last to attend formal Union training and/or conferences. Such time be laid off shall not be granted unless a written request is made to the Business Administrator no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled training seminar or conference.
