Union-University Business. 1. Representatives of the Union will be permitted to transact official business with appropriate representatives of CMU at reasonable and mutually agreed-upon times provided the Union follows regular University procedures. 2. The Union will provide to the University (Faculty Personnel Services), not later than ten (10) calendar days following the beginning of each academic semester, the names and contact information of each of its elected officers.
