Unique Positions. The Board and the Association agree that throughout the duration of the collective bargaining agreement to have the flexibility to design non-traditional and unique positions that meet the changing needs of the District as necessary. The district administration, collaboratively with the Association president, reserves the right to design work schedules that are flexible, which means that additional duties and responsibilities may not apply.
