Unit Access Sample Clauses

Unit Access. Duly authorized representatives of the Unit, shall have access to the locations where work is being carried on during working hours for the purpose of observing working and safety conditions, investigating grievances, and seeing that the provisions of this Agreement are observed, provided that the employees are not interfered with in their work. This shall include, but not limited to Fire Stations, drill grounds, and emergency scenes.
Unit Access. Owner agrees not to enter or permit any persons to enter or permit entry by others during guest reservations. Owner agrees to follow check in and check out times during their own stays.
Unit Access. (1) Tenant shall allow authorized personnel to enter the unit to perform routine, monthly and/or preventative maintenance for routine pest control services. (2) Tenant must comply with all the preparation requirements for bed bug/pest control treatment required by the ESLHA and/or exterminator. Failure to comply will be subject to lease termination.
Unit Access. A) Each owner shall provide the Association with a working key to their unit per 7.1 (B) of the Association Declaration. Each owner shall allow access from time to time for maintenance, repair, pest control or emergency repairs necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or other units per State Statute. A 24 hour notice will be given. B) During Pest Control applications, all Residents must allow access to their Units by being present, providing an escort or providing a duplicate Unit key to the Association or its Agent. The failure of any Resident to allow pest control treatments on a regular basis (a minimum of three months) may create a health hazard to the Unit Residents and to the Residents of surrounding Units. Any fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Association or its Agent and any other Owners adversely affected by an Owner’s denial of regular monthly pest control treatments will be assessed to the offending Unit’s Owner as a special assessment to the violating Unit Owner. Additional fines may be levied by the Board after a review of the violation as set forth in section 12. C) Owners/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who will be away for periods of two weeks will turn off the water to their unit and inform the association that they will be gone.
Unit Access. During the initial installation of the fiber overbuild network, Association will, at dates and times mutually agreed in advance by the Parties, and/or pursuant to the terms of the Design Plan, provide personnel to grant access to AT&T workers, crews, or AT&T subcontractors into all necessary otherwise locked on-site locations (e.g., gates, residential Units, equipment closets) for AT&T to timely meet its fiber optic installation obligations inside such Units, and to timely relock such doors upon AT&T’s or its subcontractor’s completion of work within such locations. In furtherance of same, Association will contact each respective Resident, gain access approval and coordinate the scheduling of AT&T’s (or its subcontractor’s) arrival into the respective residential Units in order for AT&T (or its subcontractor’s) to complete the initial installation of the fiber optic network at the Property according to the agreed schedule. By way of illustration only: Entry to Floor 1, Building C, All Units, the week of 10/15/2017. In an effort to reduce the installation time required, Association will provide its Residents with a common sense to-do list for the day(s) AT&T (or its subcontractor) will require access to the unit, such as securing all pets, removing valuables or delicate perishables from the work area and disengaging any burglar alarms/privacy locks. Additionally, Association will let the Resident know that if Resident wishes to be at home while AT&T works within the unit, AT&T will require that an adult over the age of eighteen (18) be present.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Employee Access Employees are entitled to read and review their personnel file and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall be entitled to inspect their performance evaluations, written censures, letters of reprimand, and other adverse reports. Upon request, employees shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents. The Employer further agrees that no personal files or documents on employees shall be kept outside of the personnel file, apart from payroll or health services files.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.
