Common use of Unit Description Clause in Contracts

Unit Description. 1.1 The Ohio Association of Public School Employees AFSCME/AFL-CIO and OAPSE 530 shall be recognized as the sole bargaining agent for all employees in the Springfield District except the Superintendent, Treasurer, Business Manager, Certificated Staff, Supervisors of Transportation, Food Service, Maintenance/Custodial, all temporary/casual employees, students and all other employees that belong to another bargaining unit.
