Common use of Unit Determinations Clause in Contracts

Unit Determinations. Unit determination shall mean an operational section within a department and/or agency based on common work interests and/or site location(s). It is the intent of the parties that unit determination(s) shall be mutually agreed to between the City and the Bargaining Agent. Unit determinations shall be made within sixty (60) days after the commencement date of this agreement.
