Unit Features Sample Clauses

The "Unit Features" clause defines the specific characteristics, amenities, and attributes included with a particular unit in a property or development. It typically outlines details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, included appliances, flooring types, and any special features like balconies or parking spaces. By clearly listing what is provided with the unit, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what is included, reducing the risk of disputes or misunderstandings regarding the unit's features.
