Common use of Unit Licenses Clause in Contracts

Unit Licenses. At the time of the execution and delivery of this instrument, the Millstone 2 Owners and Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, as licensees under the Operating License applicable to the Unit, are subject to the authority of the NRC. The Millstone 2 Owners are obligated to obtain and thereafter maintain, to the extent within their capacity, in full force and effect, all licenses and other public authorizations, necessary or required for the operation of the Unit to the extent the Millstone 2 Owners or any of them continue such operation, for the decommissioning of the Unit, and for subsequent possession and surveillance of the site.
