Unit Operator. Unit Operator shall comply with the workers’ compensation laws of the state in which the Unit Area is located. Unit Operator shall also maintain in force at all times with respect to operations hereunder such other insurance, if any, as may be required by law. In addition, Unit Operator shall maintain such other insurance, if any, that is described in Exhibit 3 attached hereto or that receives the Approval of the Parties from time to time. Unit Operator shall carry no other insurance for the benefit of the Parties, except as above specified. Upon request by any Party, Unit Operator shall furnish evidence of the insurance carried by it with respect to operations hereunder.
