Unit Price Changes. If a change is ordered in an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price, and such change does not involve substantial change in character of the work from that shown on the Plans or Special Provisions, then an adjustment in payment will be made. This adjustment will be based upon the increase or decrease in quantity and the Contract Unit Price. If the actual quantity of an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price and constructed in conformance with the Plans and Special Provisions varies from the GMP Proposal quantity by 25% or less, payment will be made at the Contract Unit Price. If the actual quantity of the item of work varies from the GMP Proposal quantity by more than 25%, then payment will be made as described in Subsection (a) “Increases of More than 25%,” or Subsection (b) “Decreases of More than 25%,” below, as appropriate. (a) Increases of More than 25%: Should the actual quantity of an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price and constructed in conformance with the Plans and Special Provisions exceed the GMP Proposal quantity by more than 25%, then payment for the quantity in excess of 125% of the GMP Proposal quantity will be made on the basis of an adjustment in the Contract Unit Price mutually agreed to by the D-BE and Owner or, at the option of Owner, on the basis of Time and Materials Change Orders, described above. However, in no event will payment be more than would be paid for the actual quantity at the Contract Unit Price. (b) Decreases of More than 25%: Should the actual quantity of an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price, and constructed in conformance with the Plans and Special Provisions, be less than 75% of the GMP Proposal quantity, then an adjustment in payment will not be made unless D-BE requests an adjustment in writing and adequately demonstrates that the reduction in quantity has increased D-BE's per-unit cost of performing the work item. Unit Price Changes. Unit price Change Orders shall be based on the unit prices identified in the Contractor's bid, which include the Contractor's overhead and profit for the Work performed on the unit price basis. The above-mentioned percentages shall not be applied to unit price changes.

Unit Price Changes. Unit prices will be equitably adjusted by the parties if the quantities originally contemplated under a certain unit price are materially changed in a proposed Change Order or THPRD Directive and application of the unit prices would cause substantial inequity to THPRD or Design-Builder.
Unit Price Changes. Except for unit prices included in the GMP Amendment, for proposed changes in the Work performed on a unit price basis, Construction Manager shall submit an itemized list of quantities with the applicable unit cost and extended price for each, in such form and detail as reasonably required by Owner. The accepted unit prices shall include all subcontractors’ overhead/ profit and shall be applied for both additive and deductive Change Orders.
