Unit Pricing. Client shall pay to Catalent the unit pricing for Product and Packaged Product as set forth on Exhibits B and D (“Unit Pricing”). In the event Client requests services other than Processing or Packaging Product, Catalent shall provide a written quote of the fee for such additional services and Client shall advise Catalent whether it wishes to have such additional services performed by Catalent.
