Unit Split as of the Transfer Date. On the Transfer Date, each Unit outstanding on the Transfer Date shall be split, such that each such Unit shall be converted into four (4) Units as set forth on Exhibit A hereto in order to achieve a 1:1 ratio between the aggregate outstanding Units and the REIT Shares.
