Common use of UNITIZATION AND POOLING Clause in Contracts

UNITIZATION AND POOLING. 15.01 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, State grants Tenant the right to pool, unitize or combine all or parts of the Premises with other lands or leases adjacent to or contiguous with the Premises, whether owned by Tenant or others, at a time before or after drilling to create a Production Unit, or more than one if applicable. Pooling or unitizing in one or more instances will not exhaust ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s pooling and unitizing rights hereunder. Tenant will furnish to State prior to any application for the formation of such a Production Unit, a copy of the declaration or proposed declaration of the Production Unit of which any portion of the Premises will be a part, including a copy of all plats, maps and exhibits to such application or declaration.
