Common use of Units Defined Clause in Contracts

Units Defined. i. At risk TAY client receiving prevention services = TAY attending community continuation, or other non-traditional schools, high school dropouts, involved in the juvenile justice system, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care system, facing behavioral health challenges, or homeless receiving information and supportive services from Successful Launch staff. ii. At risk TAY client receiving intensive early intervention services= TAY attending community continuation, or other non-traditional schools, high school dropouts, involved in the juvenile justice system, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care system, facing behavioral health challenges, homeless or facing behavioral health challenges TAY enrolled in the Successful Launch Program receiving ongoing intensive services from Successful Launch Staff.
