Common use of Units Generally Clause in Contracts

Units Generally. The Membership Interests of the Members shall be represented by issued and outstanding Membership Units. The Managing Member shall maintain a schedule of all Members, their respective mailing addresses and the amount of Membership Units held by them (the “Members Schedule”), and shall update the Members Schedule upon the issuance or Transfer of any Membership Units to any new or existing Member. A copy of the Members Schedule as of the execution of this Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

There shall be one (1) class of Units having the privileges, preference, duties, liabilities, obligations and rights, including voting rights, set forth in this Agreement.
