Common use of Units of Membership Interest Clause in Contracts

Units of Membership Interest. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the interest of each Member in the capital and profits of the Company will be in the form of units of membership interest ("Units"). The Company is authorized to issue up to 700 Units, consisting of up to 500 Class A Preferred Membership ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ Class B Nonvoting Units, and 150 undesignated Units. No certificates will be issued to represent Units. References in this Agreement to Units include all classes of Units.
