Universal Waste Collection. During the Term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall offer to provide Universal Waste Collection Service to Commercial Service Units in the Service Area. The Contractor will be required to separate and Recycle all commodities that can be feasibly recovered. Commercial Generators shall pay a rate not exceeding the Maximum Service Rate for such service set forth in Exhibit 1.
Universal Waste Collection. Company shall develop and implement a Universal Waste Collection program at no cost to the City or Customers. Company shall provide Universal Waste collection drop-off areas when requested by the City (up to 12 locations, including City Hall) at public or private facilities subject to City approval. Included items shall be batteries and fluorescent tubes. Universal Waste collected by Company shall be processed as to recycle, re-use, and otherwise diverted from disposal facilities to the greatest extent practical. To the extent that Universal Waste is placed in the waste stream of the City, it shall be disposed of in compliance with all Applicable Law and regulations.
Universal Waste Collection. Contractor shall accept Universal Waste at no charge to Residential Householders at the Buy-back/Drop-off Center. Contractor shall recycle, reuse or dispose of all Universal Waste in compliance with the Applicable Laws.

  • Data Collection The grant recipient will be required to provide performance data reports on a schedule delineated within Section A of this contract, Specific Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment and Collection Your bill will be based on monthly meter readings provided to XOOM Energy by your NGDC. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. If you do not pay it on time, you could be subject to interest and late charges imposed by the NGDC, and your service could be disconnected. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM Energy. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM Energy.
