University Employees. The Contractor will not hire any employee of the University to perform any services covered by this agreement without prior written approval from the Office of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for academic employees or from the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources for nonacademic employees.
University Employees. University employees are not permitted to utilize the Contract for personal use and the Vendor is prohibited from permitting or facilitating the same.
University Employees. To the University’s knowledge, all University employees who contributed to the development of the University Know-How and University Patents were obligated under University policies to assign all of their rights in such know-how and Patent Rights to the University.
University Employees. Unless otherwise approved in writing by University, only University employees shall participate in any professional and technical activities of the Project. Company agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify University from and against any and all losses, claims, or damages, including bodily injury or death or property damage, and including attorney fees through the appellate level, suffered by Company, and its agents and employees while on University premises, or arising out of or relating to any act or omission of Company, its agents and employees, provided that such loss, claim or damage does not arise out of negligence of University.
University Employees. Following the Closing, the Sellers shall be solely liable for any and all employment related claims arising from or in connection with incidents occurring prior to the Closing Date and not reserved against in the financial statements of the University.
University Employees. Station personnel shall act as PSPR’s agents to assist PSPR in performing its duties hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Station personnel shall be University employees except as otherwise required in the judgment of the Chief Executive. All personnel matters concerning University employees shall be the responsibility of the University. PSPR shall reimburse the University an amount equal to the salaries and benefits of the Station’s University employees, except for such general support as the University may from time to time make available.
University Employees. Without prejudice to any rights the Sponsor may have to claim against the University, the Sponsor hereby undertakes to make no claim against the Principal Investigator or any other employee, student, agent or appointee of the University which seeks to enforce against any of them any liability arising under this Agreement, provided that the University agrees that it will be fully responsible for all obligations of it and the Principal Investigator under the Agreement and that it shall not be a defense to any claim of breach by the Sponsor of the Agreement that such breach was effected by the Principal Investigator or any other employee, student, agent or appointee of the University. University acknowledges that the Company does not waive any rights it may have against any of the aforementioned individuals which arises outside the scope of the Agreement.
University Employees. With respect to those persons, not being medical specialists, who are employed by the university and are working for the medical faculty or in the hospital, the governing board and the university’s board of governors may jointly decide:
University Employees. University Employees are those individuals assigned by the University to perform services at the Medical Center who are employed and compensated by the University.
