Common use of University Physicians Clause in Contracts

University Physicians. The parties agree that University shall provide services and perform its duties as required by this Agreement, through its University-employed faculty physician(s), including the assigned Medical Director and Associate Medical Director, and any other assigned University- employed physician (including Fellows), as employees/agents of University (collectively, "Medical Director and Associate Medical Director").
