University Representatives. The University shall provide the Local Union Office with a list as of July 1st of each year of its designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to transact business, including all relevant employees of Human Resources, all University representatives on the Labour/Management committee, or other Joint Union/Management committees and all Deans, Directors and Department Heads.
