Common use of University’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

University’s Obligations. The University agrees: 2.1 To provide or procure the provision of the Services. 2.2 Except in the case of an emergency, for reported repairs and fire drills or as otherwise provided for in Clause 1.6 above or in the Terms and Conditions of Licence, to give the Student at least 24 hours’ notice prior to entering the Accommodation. 2.3 Not to interrupt the Student’s occupation of the Accommodation save where reasonably necessary. 2.4 To comply with the provisions of the Universities UK Student Accommodation Code, which can be found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/ 2.5 Not to disclose Personal Data obtained from the Student except as permitted by Clause 9 of this Licence Agreement or where there is serious risk of harm to the Student, to others or to the University’s property or as otherwise permitted by the Data Protection Laws.
