Common use of UNLAWFUL PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. UI will not (a) use or allow the Licensed Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied for any purpose in violation of Law; or (b) take any action with respect to the Licensed Premises that would interfere with any present and/or future use by CL&P and/or any Person acting for or on behalf of CL&P with respect to the Licensed Premises.
