Unless Operator gives Notice to Lender within 10 days after the occurrence of any of the following, and executes and delivers to Lender modifications or supplements of this Agreement (and any financing statement which may be filed in connection with this Agreement) as Lender may require, Operator will not: (a) Change its name, identity, structure or jurisdiction of organization. (b) Change the location of its place of business (or chief executive office if more than one place of business). (c) Add to or change any location at which any of the Collateral Property is stored, held or located.

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service.   • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • PRODUCER Provide the producer’s name, address (including country), e-mail address and telephone number, if different from the certifier or exporter or, if there are multiple producers, state “Various” or provide a list of producers. A person that wishes for this information to remain confidential may state “Available upon request by the importing authorities”. The address of a producer shall be the place of production of the good in a CPTPP country.
