Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. TWTC will be required to provide to AT&T the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all TWTC End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in AT&T’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST) and shall not be subject to wholesale discount.
