Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published End Users Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. BasicPhone will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all BasicPhone End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST) and shall not be subject to wholesale discount.

Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. BasicPhone Easy Telephone will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all BasicPhone Easy Telephone End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST) GSST and shall not be subject to the wholesale discount.

Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. BasicPhone Down Home Telephone will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all BasicPhone Down Home Telephone End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST) GSST and shall not be subject to the wholesale discount.
