Unlisted/Non-Published End Users. Freedom will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Freedom End Users who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published listings will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST) and shall not be subject to wholesale discount.
