Common use of Unmitigated Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Unmitigated Responsibility. No request to exercise this Guarantee, no exercise of LBS’ rights herein, no transfer of all or part of Assets Pledged as Collateral pursuant to this Agreement shall abrogate or affect this Guarantee nor shall it free the Guarantor from his related Obligations. The fact that LBS exercises the powers granted herein with regard to the pledge of Assets Pledged as Collateral or registered in the account of the Guarantor shall in no way restrain or limit the right of LBS to demand from the Guarantor payment of any balance the Client owes LBS.
