Unnecessary damage. Any damage to reserved trees in clearcut units in excess of 5% of the leave trees shall be deemed excessive or unnecessary. Damaged trees shall be paid for at the rate of $15 per tree or triple the bid price, whichever is greater. The Purchaser may have the right to remove such trees upon payment, if such removal is authorized in writing by the County.
