Common use of Unpaid Suspensions Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Suspensions. Unless the conduct is of a severe nature or circumstance, no suspension shall be imposed without at least one prior written reprimand relating to the cause(s) for suspension. Pursuant to this Article, the District may only seek suspension of not more than 10 days. Nothing herein precludes the District from pursuing suspensions of more days pursuant to the requirements of the Education Code.
