Common use of Unpaid Time Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Time. 1. All unpaid days must be approved by the Superintendent. 2. For any unpaid non-medical days during the school year, the employee must reimburse the district the daily insurance cap amount for the insurance plan that employee is enrolled in. If the employee is receiving cash in lieu of insurance, the employee will have that daily amount deducted from their pay.
