Unplanned Delay or Elimination of Processing. Catalent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the Purchase Orders, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Catalent shall provide Client with as much advance notice as possible (and will use its best efforts to provide at least fifteen (15) days’ advance notice where possible) if Catalent determines that any Processing will be delayed or eliminated for any reason.
