Unplanned Delay or Elimination of Processing. Encap shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill the Launch Stock Purchase Order and each subsequent Purchase Order. Encap shall provide Customer with as much advance notice as possible (and will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least fifteen (15) days' advance notice where possible) if Encap determines that any production will be delayed or eliminated for any reason.
