Common use of UNRELIABLE LIST Clause in Contracts

UNRELIABLE LIST. Prior to authorizing a Subcontractor(s) to commence work under this Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to CalRecycle a declaration from the Subcontractor(s), signed under penalty of perjury, stating that within the preceding three years, none of the events listed in Section 17050 of Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Natural Resources, Division 7, have occurred with respect to the subcontractor(s). Placement of Contractor on CalRecycle Unreliable List anytime after award of this Agreement may be grounds for termination of Agreement. If a Subcontractor is placed on CalRecycle Unreliable List after award of this Agreement, the Contractor may be required to terminate the Subcontract.
