Unresolved Objections; Disclaimer. If Grantor’s objections on grounds other than confidentiality are not resolved within the review period or other such time as agreed by the Parties, then Grantee may publish the materials but shall include therein the following disclaimer: “Although the research or services underlying this article were funded in whole or in part by the [Grantor], the [Grantor] does not endorse or adopt the opinions or conclusions presented in the article.” Notwithstanding the above, Grantor shall not have the right to control or censor the contents of Grantee publications.
