Common use of UNSCHEDULED OR EMERGENCY CALLBACK PAY Clause in Contracts

UNSCHEDULED OR EMERGENCY CALLBACK PAY. ▇▇ employee called to work for an unscheduled or emergency occurrence between the closing time of his/her regular work shift and the starting time of his/her next regular work shift shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay at double the normal rate of pay, except as provided in Section 11-A-2, Overtime. This callback time will not apply to overtime worked consecutive to his/her regular work shift.
