Unscheduled Overtime Work. The agency will allow the employee to take compensatory time or receive pay. Compensatory time shall be credited at the appropriate overtime rate (i.e., credit shall be at least one and one- half (1/2) for each hour or portion of each hour worked in excess of eight (8) or over forty (40) hours).
