Unscheduled Shutdown. If a shutdown of the System occurs that is not scheduled, Contractor shall provide notice to the Judicial Council as soon as possible. For any shutdown which duration exceeds twenty-four (24) hours, Contractor shall be required to notify the Judicial Council of the cause and time of expected resumption of operation of the System.
