Common use of Unsolicited Calls Clause in Contracts

Unsolicited Calls. In the interests of the proper management and administration of the Client Portfolio, and in order to bring new products or services of the Investment Manager to the attention of the Client, the Client agrees that the Investment Manager, its representatives or employees may call upon the Client by telephone, visit or otherwise communicate orally with the Client without express invitation.
