Common use of UNSUITABLE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

UNSUITABLE CONDITIONS. The Contractor shall not Work at any time, or permit any Work to be done, under any conditions contrary to those recommended by manufacturers or industry standards which are otherwise proper, unsuited for proper execution, safety and performance. Any cost caused by ill-timed Work shall be borne by the Contractor unless the timing of such Work shall have been directed by the Architect/Engineer or the Principal Representative, after the award of the Contract, and the Contractor provided Notice of any additional cost.
