Common use of UNSUITABLE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

UNSUITABLE CONDITIONS. When a room, building or area because of its condition is judged by authorized qualified personnel to create a health or safety hazard, or a condition unsuitable for teaching or supervising children, the place shall be closed to students and employees, if thus recommended by the qualified person, until such hazard can be corrected. Employees shall not be required to work in spaces below 60 degrees F, above 85 degrees F, or with unhealthy humidity as determined by the authorized qualified personnel, unless the regular responsibilities of their position require working in such conditions.
