Up to Date Email Address. If you change your email address and have not updated it with us, you agree that your failure to provide us with a good email address is lack of ordinary care on your part. If we become aware that you are not receiving your eStatements and our attempts to contact you have failed, we will send your statements to you via U.S. Mail to your last address known to us. Fees may be imposed for the mailing of your paper statements in accordance with the Account Agreement fee schedule.
