Common use of Update Addresses Clause in Contracts

Update Addresses. Prior to mailing Notice, the Settlement Administrator will attempt to update the addresses of members of the Settlement Class using the National Change of Address database and other available resources deemed suitable by the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator shall take all reasonable steps to obtain the correct address of any member of the Settlement Class for whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable and shall attempt re-mailings as described below.
