Update Contact Information. Licensee shall promptly report to Ultralight Inc any change in mailing address, name or company affiliation during the period of this Agreement, and Licensee also shall promptly report when, and if, Licensee discontinues its development and marketing of the Ultralight software, and/or when Licensee discontinues its efforts to bring the Licensed Products to practical application.
