Common use of Update Schedules Clause in Contracts

Update Schedules. Promptly disclose to Purchaser any information contained in the representations and warranties of Seller contained in Article VI or in the Schedules to this Agreement which is no longer complete or correct (including furnishing updated financial statements); provided that no such disclosure shall be deemed to modify, amend or supplement such Seller's representations and warranties.
