Common use of Updated Schedule Clause in Contracts

Updated Schedule. Contemporaneously with the furnishing of each annual audit report pursuant to Section 10.1.1 and within five (5) Business Days following a written request from the Administrative Agent (which written request will not be made more frequently than twice each year absent the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default), an updated version of Schedules 9.17, 9.19 and 9.27 showing information as of the date of such audit report or written request, as applicable (it being agreed and understood that this requirement shall be in addition to the other notice and delivery requirements set forth herein).
