Common use of Updates and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Updates and Amendments. Supplier may from time to time update the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and will notify You of such changes via the MK/IO Resource Documents and via the Services portal/online dashboard. Updated terms will be identified by revision date. By continuing to use the Services after the changes become effective, You will be deemed to agree to the new terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, you must cease use of the Services. Any amendment (which is not an aforementioned update by Supplier) of this Agreement or of any Service Specific Terms shall not be effective unless in writing and signed by both Parties (though their authorized representatives).
