Common use of Updates and Modifications Clause in Contracts

Updates and Modifications. The Assessments and Services may be modified or updated from time to time at ACT’s sole discretion. ACT shall make such modification and updates available to Customer as they are developed. ACT reserves the right to charge a fee for any new functionalities available through the revised Assessments and Services.
