Common use of Updates and Patches Clause in Contracts

Updates and Patches. We may provide updates, patches and other modifications to the Software that must be installed for the user to continue to play the game properly or at all. We may update, patch or modify the Software remotely and access the Software residing on your machine for such purpose, and you hereby grant to us the right to deploy and apply such patches, updates and modifications. (“Updates”) Your access and or use of some or all Updates is subject to the platform by which you are granted access and or use of the Game, and as such the Updates may or may not be available at any or all times and you acknowledge that your use of the Software may be limited to the version of the Software that you downloaded.
