Common use of Updates of Representations Clause in Contracts

Updates of Representations. Borrowers shall deliver to Administrative Agent within fifteen (15) days of the written request of Administrative Agent an Officer's Certificate updating all of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement and the other Financing Documents and certifying that all of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement and the other Financing Documents, as updated pursuant to such Officer's Certificate, are true, accurate and complete as of the date of such Officer's Certificate.
