Common use of Updates to Information Clause in Contracts

Updates to Information. The Vendor shall update on or before the Closing Date, by amendment or supplement, any of the informational disclosure schedules referred to in this Agreement and any other disclosure in writing from the Vendor to the Purchaser as soon as reasonably possible after new or conflicting information comes to the attention of the Vendor. The Purchaser shall not be obligated to accept any such amendment or supplement and receipt of any such amendment or supplement shall not be deemed to be a waiver or release by the Purchaser of any provision of this Agreement.
